Thursday  12/17/15 5th Period Reading Improvement Final

(2 hours total)

Hour 1=STAR READING TEST on the computer. If you can beat your highest reading score from this year you will receive 50/50 on this part of the final.  If you get exactly the same score you will receive a 25/50.  If you score below your highest score then you will receive a 0/50.  

Hour 2=In Class Reading (non fiction) 
EXAM= 50 points
You must read the non fiction article and answer the questions in complete sentences on a piece of binder paper.

Get on a computer and log into Reading Plus! You will be placed in drawing(s) to win PRIZES when you complete a minimum of 3 SeeReader lessons during the designated week(s) and have an average of 80% or higher. 

During each Challenge Week we will draw three winners who will each get a $10 gift card to your choice of Starbucks, Subway, or Jack in the Box! That’s a total of 9 winners during the break!
When are the challenge weeks?

Week 1: December 21‐December 27
Week 2: December 28 ‐January 3
Week 3: January 4 ‐January 10
